The water treatment system installed & purchased from United Waters has worked beautifully over the last year!! We had extremely high iron levels in our water. The first few months after installation there were some issues with low water pressure and Troy diligently worked to figure out and resolve the issue. Troy did not charge us for any of the follow- up service calls because he wanted to do right by us as his customers and He Absolutely Did!! Troy’s service and commitment to us, as well as his communication has been Outstanding! I would recommend United Water to anyone looking for a new water treatment system and/or maintenance!! We are very happy with United Water as the company we chose to go with!! Also, cost for new system and rates for installation & maintenance calls are reasonable!!

My entire experience with United Water Services has been fantastic. I called, they did a site visit the next day to test my water, I had an proposal before end of day with a couple options; I had a couple questions they answered via email immediately ... then scheduled the service (water softener and sediment filter install) for the next day. Total time was <4 days from initial contact to products installed. There was no attempt to upsell me to un-needed services or annual servicing contracts. What a great experience - I highly recommend Terry and his team. And a big call out to Annie who I made first contact with and who did the site visit. Nicely done!

They were initially asked to perform some routine maintenance, but they ended up finding a few leaks that needed attention. We received an estimate quickly, and they were able to schedule the repairs right away. Excellent service from start to finish—we highly recommend United Water Service!

Blake was well mannered, explained the installation as he was doing it and even scrubbed up an old water mark that was too difficult for me to reach. I consider that attitude to be above and beyond what I would expect. I will recommend United Water Services to my friends and Family.

Had a wonderful experience with Chris. He came and helped with my water piping. I have plans to work with him in the future as I update my kitchen as well. It is a very wonderful group. United Water was great, all the way around! Their staff helped walk me through options, made two house calls to confirm the best system, then their installer came exactly when they said, worked quickly, no mess at all, and I have a fabulous new filtered water system the hole family is enjoying!!

Not super thrilled with my experience with United water. Terry came out to look into my well water bacteria issue. After an evaluation I was given a few options, but the end all solution would be adding a UV water filtration system. $2900 later and we still have bacteria in our water. Terry said he would send someone out to look into the issue. This turned into a plumbing evaluation, looking for more things to work on in my house instead of focusing on the bacteria problem. After the plumbing evaluation, and me reiterating that the only work I wanted done was fixing the bacteria in my well. The gentleman at my house informed me that my issue was most likely because the bacteria is getting reintroduced into my house after the UV system. Probably from the pipes being previously contaminated. A problem that a shock chlorination should fix. Easy enough. After that, he causally mentioned that my well has actually a higher flow rate then what the UV system that was installed was rated for… and that if the shock chlorination did not work, we potentially would have to add an additional UV system to completely kill all the bacteria… AN ADDITIONAL $3000. He told me he’d take his finding and have Terry call me with my options… No call from Terry. Long story short, I shocked my well and still have bacteria. Super disappointed that I wasn’t made aware that I could potentially need a second system from the beginning. And that I was made to believe that this UV system would be the end all fix. Don’t recommend *UPDATE Terry has since reached out to clear up some misinformation, apparently the UV system installed in my house should absolutely be strong enough to handle my wells GPM. And they are actively trying to figure out why the bacteria keeps getting through the system. They replaced my UV bulb for me and will be working with me to monitor the water to see if we can pinpoint the issue. I greatly appreciate their efforts and will update again if this issue is not resolved. But as of right now I am pleased with their customer service!
